CALL FOR PAPERS: ICICCT-2018

Conference Tracks

     We plan to include all the important topics related to Communication & Network Systems and Emerging Computing Technologies within ICICCT 2018. The topics suitable for ICICCT 2018 include, but not limited to the conference tracks:



COMMUNICATION & NETWORK SYSTEMS


EMERGING COMPUTING TECHNOLOGIES

  • All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period.

  • Plagiarism of any type, if detected, will lead to rejection of the articles anytime.

  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register.

  • Article may have maximum of 3 authors.

  • After the paper submission at Springer OCS portal, author must register at our website and pay Rs. 500 as one time non-refundable Article Processing Fee. Otherwise the paper will not be considered for review and further process.

  • Presentation through Skype is allowed only for foreign authors.

ICICCT-2018 WILL FOLLOW THE THREE STEP PROCESS:

STEP I

PAPER FORMAT GUIDELINES


  • The manuscript should be prepared in Springer CCIS, written in English format using MS WORD template.

  • Page size of an article should not exceed 15 in any case. Desired page size is 10 – 12.

  • All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.

  • The figures / graphs / plots in the manuscript MUST be of good resolution (600 dpi or more), tables MUST NOT be in pictorial format. Text in figures should not be too small, and preferably of equal size as text of the article.

  • Any article, not in format, will be subjected to rejection without any judgment on its quality.

SUBMIT FOR REVIEW


  • Create / sign up for a Springer OCS account if you do not have one.

  • Fill proper metadata of the article in OCS as they exist in your article. Title, Abstract, Keywords, list of authors (in order) and their affiliation should be mentioned in OCS while submitting.

  • You will be assigned a unique article ID of your submitted article, which you should remember and use for any correspondence.

STEP III

AFTER ACCEPTANCE


  • Please Note that after Acceptance Notification you cannot widthdraw you paper from ICICCT 2018.

  • Paying Registration Fee: Calculate the registration fee according to your type of authorship (Academia includes Professor / Faculty / Research Scholars / PG Student; Indian Author (Industry); Author from Outside India) and make payment using Online Payment available at home page of the website.

  • Do not forget to send scanned copy of the online payment receipt on email: [email protected]

Mailing the following items in .zip / .rar format to [email protected] :



  • The Camera ready Article files, only in prescribed MS Word format.

  • Scanned copy of filled in Registration Form.

  • Scanned copy of filled in Copyright Form.

  • Proof of studentship.

  • Proof of CSI Membership.

  • Scanned copy of registration fee receipt: Demand Draft/Cheque/Online Payments. The mail must bear the subject line as: “Registration of article ICICCT-2018-XXX”.

NOTE:


  • DO NOT submit multiple copies of same article, which will cause rejection.

  • Papers are to be submitted through the Springer OCS portal link .

  • NO Review reports will be shared to authors.




     Authors are invited to electronically submit their unpublished research contributions keeping in mind the relevance of conference tracks. The submitted papers through Springer OCS portal shall be accepted only if they strictly follow the relevant format of Springer CCIS series. The corresponding author will be intimated about status of their paper after being double blind review by at least Three experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. The quality of papers will decide the publication of paper in post conference proceeding in Springer CCIS series (Soft copy only). Contributions will only be published in Springer CCIS post conference proceeding if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered before 15/4/2018 and one of the authors must present the paper on the day of conference. Foreign authors are exempted with the condition to present the paper on the day of conference.
