JIMS,Rohini successfully conducted MDP on "The Art of Thinking Clearlyand Deciding Effectively" from 11th March,2021 to 13th March, 2021 for the officers of PowerGrid Corporation of IndiaLtd at Hotel Vibe by Lalit in Faridabad. The 3 day long programincluded sessions on Design Thinking, Ethics in Decision Making, ManagerialCommunication, Understanding Conflicts & it’s implicationsn which weretaken by Prof. Avijit Chakravarti, Dr. Sumesh Raizada, Dr. Neha Shukla and Ms.Sonal Pahwa.
The thirdday Self Development through Transactional Analysis, Understanding Behaviouraland Group Dynamics and Decision Making with EQ were highlighted by Dr. NeelamDhall, Dr. Pooja Jain and Dr. Pratima Daipuria. They expressed theirconcerns which were duly addressed by the key resource persons.
The threeday program had an enthusiastic involvement by the participants, who notonly enjoyed all the activities but were able to relate the implication aswell.
