BUSINESS PLAN - II

[ The Era of Visual ]

Proposed service

The goal of the project plan is to generate awareness of different brands through visual experience, as the psychological impact of moving visuals is higher on the human brain than compare to just words or bill boards.

As DELHI and NCR are gearing up for 2010 Common Wealth Games and 2011 Cricket World Cup. It can be seen as opportunity in the way of making the capital of India (Delhi) moving ahead in terms of technology and modernizing as other developed countries have done. As the railway stations and different infrastructure are being modernized by the state government, there is a project plan which could give Delhi a world class visual experience.

The plan is to install big screen plasma TV or led walls sets to different places as per the requirement of place so as to advertise different brands through there videos.

  • The screen would be installed at emerging and upcoming markets, railway stations, outside of various malls and townships.

  • Those screen which would be installed at malls and various market will display Temperature, time, metro station near to it and map of the area so as to provide information to tourists and so as to generate revenue, the advertisements of different brands and their showrooms will be shown.

  • The screen that would be installed at railway station and metro station would show train numbers, timings of departure, hotels nearby, tourists spot and further for revenue purpose the advertisements videos of the brands of different company's.

Target market

  • As the plan of visuals will help to provide information to the tourists and potential customers about the brands and social surroundings where the TV screens would be installed. This will also address the need of promotion of brands of different companies which will be advertised.

  • Our target customer would be all the masses which include residents of Delhi, NCR and tourist from abroad and within India which will be visiting different malls and railway stations where the facilities of screens are provided.

  • The current estimated size is the footfalls at big malls which could be (approx-2000 persons/day) and railway stations (approx-20000 persons/day). As the projected tourist at 2010 commonwealth games would be (approx-20000). As the projected tourist at 2011 cricket world cup would be (approx-5000) in Delhi and NCR.

Revenue model

  • Apart from social informative purpose our project plan provides source for generating revenue and good profits. As mentioned above that different brand and products advertisements will be shown with other social information for which we will charge them as per cost analysis, number of orders and various others factors.

  • As for e.g.:-If we have 10 advertising contracts from different brands and company's in which we have to show video for (2 minutes each*15 times a day) brand which total up to 300 minutes of advertising. If the screen run for 600 minutes then rest of 300 minutes we can show other social information by proper mixing it with advertisement videos. If we charge Rs.200 per day for 30 minutes each brand ad. Then gross revenue per screen /month would be:-

    200* 10*30=Rs 60,000

As we are planning to install 10 screens in initial period which could lead gross revenue (60000*10=600,000/month). So, this can be analyzed that total project cost can be cover in a year.

Assumption:-That we have got 10 contracts each screen and rates charged are same per advertisement in example.

Note:-Both the factors in assumption are negotiable as it depends on the number of frequency of each ad of a brand.
