ICICCT 2018 is organized to provide a platform for academicians, researchers, scientists, professionals and students to share their knowledge and expertise in the field of Communication & Network Systems and Emerging Computing Technologies

The Springer CCIS series is devoted to the publication of proceedings of computer science conferences. The Springer CCIS series is devoted to the publication of proceedings of computer science conferences. Besides globally relevant meetings with internationally representative program committees guaranteeing a strict peer-reviewing and paper selection process, conferences run by societies or of high regional or national relevance are also considered for publication.
After the grand success of 2nd International conference with Springer CCIS i.e ICICCT 2017 on MAY 13, 2017, we are inspired to organize the 3rd International Conference on Information, Communication and Computing Technology(ICICCT 2018) with Springer CCIS and Computer Society of India (CSI). The conference will provide forum for research scholars, scientists and engineers to share their experiences in this field.

Prof. Limsoon Wong
KITHCT Professor of Computer Science, School of Computing, National University of Singapore
Prof. Limsoon Wong is a KITHCT chair professor in the School of Computing and a professor in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. Before that, he was the Deputy Executive Director for Research at A*STAR's Institute for Infocomm Research. He currently works mostly on knowledge discovery technologies and their application to biomedicine. He has also done, especially in the earlier part of his career, significant research in database query language theory and finite model theory, as well as significant development work in broad-scale data integration systems. Limsoon has written about 250 research papers, some of which are among the best cited of their respective fields. He is a Fellow of the ACM, named in 2013 for his contributions to database theory and computational biology. Some of his other recent awards include the 2003 FEER Asian Innovation Gold Award for his work on treatment optimization of childhood leukemias, the 2006 Singapore Youth Award Medal of Commendation for his sustained contributions to science and technology, and the ICDT 2014 Test of Time Award for his work on naturally embedded query languages. Limsoon was also conferred, in 2014, a Public Administration Medal (Bronze) by the Singapore Government for outstanding efficiency, competence, and industry. He serves/served on the editorial boards of Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biology Direct, Drug Discovery Today, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Journal of Biomedical Semantics, Methods, Scientific Reports, Information Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Big Data. He is also an ACM Books Area Editor. He received his BSc(Eng) in 1988 from Imperial College London and his PhD in 1994 from University of Pennsylvania.
Prof. Punam Bedi

Prof. Punam Bedi joined the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi in January 2002. She is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi since March 2007. She was the Head of Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi during Oct. 2005 - Oct 2008. She also worked as the acting Director, Delhi University Computer Centre from June 26 to Oct. 23, 2009. Before joining the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi, she worked as a Lecturer/ Reader in the Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi from January 1987 to January 2002. She did her Doctorate in Computer Science from University of Delhi in 1999. She did her M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in 1986 and M.Sc. in Mathematics from IIT Delhi in 1984. She is mainly working in the area of designing and developing intelligent systems. She is using multi agent systems for the development of Intelligent Syetems. Fuzzy Logic, Trust and Web Mining are the main techniques used for personalization of these systems based on users' interests.

Prof. Sonajharia Minz joined the School of Computer & Systems Sciences,Jawaharlal Nehru University, in 1992. She is a Professor in the Department School of Computer & Systems Sciences,Jawaharlal Nehru University since March 2005. . She did her M.Phil. (Computer Science) & Doctorate in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University. She is mainly working in the area of Data Mining, Machine Learning, Soft Computing, Rough Sets, Geo-Spatial-Informatics .
