Workshop was conducted with the aim to give exposure to the budding managers as to the nuances associated in dealing with BOSS , SUBORDINATES and COLLEAGUES in sourcing solution at the corporate. It is a fact that the young managers more often than not do confront the problem at the corporate and in the absence of a basic understanding to deal with the situation for lack of exposure end up in getting the issue complicated. Students of 2nd semester were the participants and seniors were the organiser alongwith the cordinators of the club from all sections.
The workshop started with a live PROBLEM situation experience sharing and involving the participants to work out on the solution. Role play, videos from bollywood were used to create an environment to experience the impact . Students from both disciplineS actively participated and shared their point of view for solution linking to the application of management concepts in OB and hiearchy structure. Performance of the participants was also evaluated by the jury consisting of seniors and club co -ordinators.
Great enthusiasm and curiosity was visible amongst the students during deliberation on the subject. At the end students were also enriched with viable strategy to follow ,while being mindful of the sensitivity of the situation. Organising time was briefed on the subject to use application of mind in analysing the impact. .Ms Tanya sethi ,vaishali singh ,Tanya Chawla and Mr. Sambhav Jain were declared as the most focussed participants of the event . Amongst seniors Mr Shalabh saxena and Anmol sahai shared their experience of internship as well the recent interview faced and cracked with Airtel. with sequence co-relation to the subject
